الملخص :

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى علاقة العمل الجماعي بتأهيل القيادات التربوية في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في مدينة نابلس من وجهة نظر المديرين والمديرات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الحكومية في مدينة نابلس، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المجتمع بلغت (99) مديراً ومديرة، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى العمل الجماعي جاء مرتفعاً، ومستوى تأهيل القيادات التربوية جاء متوسطاً، وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في متوسطات العمل الجماعي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة العملية.

Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the relationship between teamwork and the preparation of educational leaders in public primary schools in the city of Nablus from the perspective of principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational approach was employed, and data were collected through a questionnaire. The study population consisted of all principals of public schools in Nablus city, and a random sample of (99) principals was selected. The results revealed that the level of teamwork was high, while the level of preparing educational leaders was moderate. The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the means of teamwork attributed to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience.
