الملخص :

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تأصيل مفهوم الجغرافيا الطبية في ضوء القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، من خلال تحليل النصوص الشرعية التي تناولت العلاقة بين البيئة الجغرافية وصحة الإنسان. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستقرائي، حيث تم جمع وتحليل الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية ذات الصلة بالعوامل البيئية المؤثرة في الصحة والمرض، مثل الماء، الهواء، المناخ، الغذاء، والمكان. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإسلام قدم إطارًا متكاملًا ومبكرًا لما يُعرف اليوم بالجغرافيا الطبية، خاصة في مجال الطب الوقائي، وإدارة الأوبئة، والنظافة البيئية، والعلاقة بين المكان وانتشار الأمراض. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود توافق كبير بين التوجيهات الشرعية والمفاهيم الحديثة في الصحة البيئية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة دمج هذا التأصيل في الدراسات الجغرافية والطبية المعاصرة.

Abstract :

This study aims to establish the foundations of medical geography through the perspectives of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah by analyzing religious texts addressing the relationship between geographical environment and human health. The research adopts descriptive, analytical, and inductive methodologies to examine Quranic verses and Hadiths related to environmental determinants of health such as water, air, climate, food, and place. The findings reveal that Islam provides an early and comprehensive framework for what is now known as medical geography, particularly in preventive medicine, epidemic control, environmental hygiene, and spatial aspects of disease distribution. The study also highlights the strong alignment between Islamic teachings and modern environmental health concepts. It recommends integrating this framework into contemporary geographical and medical studies.
