يتناول هذا البحث التحولات التي شهدها مفهوما الجسد والهوية في ظل التطور المتسارع للتقنيات الرقمية، من خلال مقاربة تجمع بين الفلسفة والفن المعاصر. ينطلق من فرضية أن الجسد لم يعد كيانًا بيولوجيًا ثابتًا أو وعاءً مغلقًا للهوية، بل أصبح فضاءً ديناميكيًا قابلًا لإعادة التشكيل عبر الوسائط الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي والواقع الافتراضي. كما يبرز البحث انتقال الهوية من مفهوم جوهري ومستقر إلى بناء أدائي متغير يتشكل من خلال التفاعلات التقنية والاجتماعية. يعتمد البحث على مفهوم الطوبولوجيا بوصفه إطارًا نظريًا لفهم الجسد والهوية ككيانات مرنة ومتعددة التحولات، تتجاوز الثنائيات التقليدية بين الطبيعي والافتراضي، والمادي والرقمي. ومن خلال تحليل أعمال فنية معاصرة لفنانين مثل Stelarc وORLAN وAmalia Ulman وLu Yang وInes Alpha وZach Blas وHito Steyerl وSweza، يبيّن كيف أصبح الفن الرقمي مختبرًا لإعادة إنتاج أشكال جديدة من التجسيد والذاتية. ويخلص البحث إلى أن الممارسات الفنية الرقمية لا تكتفي بتمثيل التحولات التي يعيشها الإنسان المعاصر، بل تسهم في إنتاجها، من خلال إعادة رسم حدود الجسد والهوية بوصفهما فضاءين مفتوحين للتجريب والتفاوض وإعادة التشكيل المستمر في عصر ما بعد البيولوجيا.

Abstract :

This paper explores the transformation of the concepts of body and identity in the age of digital technologies through a philosophical and artistic perspective. It argues that the body is no longer understood as a fixed biological entity or a stable container of identity, but rather as a dynamic and mutable space shaped by digital media, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and interactive technologies. At the same time, identity has shifted from a stable essence to a fluid and performative process continuously reconstructed through technological and social interactions. Drawing on the concept of topology as a theoretical framework, the study examines how contemporary digital art redefines embodiment and selfhood beyond traditional oppositions such as natural/artificial, physical/virtual, and original/copy. Through the analysis of selected works by artists including Stelarc, ORLAN, Amalia Ulman, Lu Yang, Ines Alpha, Zach Blas, Hito Steyerl, and Sweza, the paper demonstrates how artistic practices function as experimental spaces for producing new forms of bodily presence and digital identity. The study concludes that digital art not only reflects contemporary transformations but actively participates in reshaping the body and identity as open, flexible, and continuously evolving constructs in the post-biological era.
