الملخص :

يهدف هذا البحث الإجرائي إلى دراسة أثر البرامج الإثرائية والإشراف المباشر لمديرة المدرسة في رفع مستوى نتائج الطالبات في اختبارات نافس للصف الثالث متوسط. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم تنفيذ مجموعة من البرامج الإثرائية في مجالات اللغة العربية والرياضيات والعلوم، تحت إشراف مباشر من مديرة المدرسة، مع متابعة مستمرة لتنفيذ الخطة العلاجية. أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا ملحوظًا في متوسط درجات الطالبات بعد تطبيق البرامج، حيث سجلت زيادة تقارب 20 درجة في جميع المجالات. كما بينت التحليلات الإحصائية وجود فروق دالة بين نتائج الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، مما يعكس فعالية البرامج الإثرائية والإشراف المباشر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أسهم إشراف المديرة المباشر في رفع مستوى انضباط المعلمات وزيادة دافعية الطالبات نحو التعلم، مما يعزز من جودة العملية التعليمية.

Abstract:

This action research aims to examine the role of enrichment programs and the principal’s direct supervision in enhancing the academic performance of third-grade students in Nafas tests. To achieve this, a set of enrichment programs was implemented in Arabic language, mathematics, and science, under the principal’s direct supervision, with continuous monitoring of the remedial plan implementation. The results showed a significant improvement in the students’ average scores after the application of the programs, with an increase of approximately 20 points across all subjects. Statistical analyses indicated significant differences between pre-test and post-test results, reflecting the effectiveness of the enrichment programs and direct supervision. Moreover, the principal’s direct supervision contributed to improving teachers’ adherence to program implementation and increasing students’ motivation to learn, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the educational process.
