الملخص :

   هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التربية الاعلامية فى ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لطلبة قسم الاعلام بجامعة درنة فرع القبة ،  ومدى تأثير التربية الاعلامية  فى الطلبة وزيادة وعيهم بحقوقهم ووجباتهم وتعزيز انتمائهم وولائهم للوطن ،  وتولدت إشكالية الدراسة فى التساؤل الاتي : ما دور التربية الاعلامية في تعزيز و ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لطلبة قسم الاعلام جامعة درنة فرع القبة  ؟

وتتمثل الأهمية العلمية للدراسة في تناول موضوع مهم  وهو التربية الاعلامية ودورها في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لطلبة الجامعات و كيفية الاستفادة منها خاصة في ظل الظروف الراهنة من كثرة وسائل الاعلام  التى فتحت آفاقًا جديدة وأحدثت تغييرات عميقة في مختلف جوانب الحياة،

وسمحت بالتواصل مع العالم الخارجي، وتبادل الآراء والأفكار ومعرفة ثقافات الشعوب وتقريب المسافات، كما ساعدت على التواصل الفعال مع صانعي القرار ، أما الأهمية العملية للدراسة تتمثل في الوقوف على الوضع الحالي لمعرفة دور التربية الاعلامية لدى طلبة قسم الاعلام جامعة درنة فرع القبة ومدى اهميتها في ظل التغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية التى تمر بها ليبيا ومدى تعزيز قيم المواطنة والولاء للوطن ،،

وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و تم اجراء هذه الدراسة على عينة من طلبة قسم الاعلام جامعة درنة فرع القبة  قوامها48  مفردة عن طريق المسح الشامل  .

Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the role of media education in instilling the values of citizenship among students of the Media Department at Derna University, Quba Branch, and to assess its impact on students in raising their awareness of their rights and duties, as well as enhancing their sense of belonging and loyalty to their country. The study problem was formulated as follows: What is the role of media education in promoting and consolidating citizenship values among Media Department students at Derna University, Quba Branch?

The scientific importance of this study lies in addressing a critical topic, namely the role of media education in reinforcing citizenship values among university students and how to benefit from it, especially in light of the current proliferation of media outlets that have opened new horizons, created profound changes in various aspects of life, facilitated communication with the outside world, enabled the exchange of ideas and knowledge of other cultures, and improved interaction with decision-makers.

The practical significance of the study is to examine the current situation and determine the role of media education among Media Department students at Derna University, Quba Branch, and its importance in light of the political and economic changes in Libya, as well as its impact on promoting citizenship values and national loyalty.

This study is descriptive in nature, using a survey questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study was conducted on a sample of 48 students from the Media Department at Derna University, Quba Branch, through a comprehensive survey.
