الملخص:

فضل  الله – سبحانه وتعالى- الإنسان وكرّمه على باقي مخلوقاته بالنطق الذي يعبّر به عن أفكاره وحاجاته ورغباته، ويحافظ به على اجتماعيته، ولما كان للكلام كلّ هذه الأهميّة، أولى العلماء -على اختلاف اختصاصاتهم – الاهتمام به؛ بتحديد مفاهيمه، وتمييزه عن اللغة، وإظهار علاقته بالمعنى، وبيّنوا شروط إفادته، وغيرها من الموضوعات التي اقترنت  به.

ترك الفقهاء واللغويون المؤلفات العديدة في الموضوع، وأولوها عناية كبيرة، نتج عنها اختلاف نظرياتهم في موضوع الكلام، واضعه والموضوع له، وغيرها من المسائل التي سنحاول الإجابة عنها في هذا المقال، إذ سنبين ٍنظرة القرافي التي تميزت عن آراء غيره ، ونبين فيها جهود الفقهاء القدامى العقلية، وإسهاماتهم في بناء الدرس اللغوي العربي. سنتخذ المنهج الوصفي سبيلا للخوض في الموضوع، وسندعمه ببعض التقنيات الأخرى كلما دعت الضرورة العلمية ذلك، لنقف في الأخير على ما يميز نظرة القرافي عن غيره من الفقهاء و اللغويين .

Abstract:

God Almighty has favored and honored man over all of His creation with speech, through which he expresses his thoughts, needs, and desires, and through which he maintains his social status. Given this importance of speech, scholars—with their diverse specialties—have devoted considerable attention to it. They have defined its concepts, distinguished it from language, demonstrated its relationship to meaning, clarified the conditions for its effectiveness, and addressed other related topics.

Jurists and linguists have devoted considerable attention to the subject, resulting in differing theories regarding the subject of speech, its originator and subject, and other issues that we will attempt to address in this article. We will demonstrate al-Qarafi’s viewpoint, which distinguished it from the views of others, and we will highlight the intellectual efforts of ancient jurists and their contributions to the development of Arabic linguistic studies. We will adopt a descriptive approach to delve into the subject, supplemented by other techniques whenever scientific necessity warrants. We will ultimately examine what distinguishes al-Qarafi’s viewpoint from that of other jurists and linguists.
