الملخص:

تعتبر المصالح القومية المحدد الرئيسي للسياسة الخارجية الامريكية، إلا أنه عندما يتعلق الأمر بسياسة أمريكا تجاه الوطني العربي، وخاصة القضية الفلسطينية فإن عوامل أخرى تساهم في تحديد عملية صناعة القرار الأمريكية، إذ تأخذ أمريكا بعين الاعتبار مصلحة حليفها الاستراتيجي في المنطقة، ألا وهو إسرائيل، وهنا تخضع الولايات المتحدة لضغوط اللوبي الصهيوني المتغلغل داخل مختلف مؤسسات صناعة القرار الأمريكية خاصة الكونغرس والبيت الأبيض، وبالتالي إن الجمع بين التأييد القوي لإسرائيل والجهد الموازي لنشر الديمقراطية في المنطقة قد أثار الرأي العام الإسلامي وعرض الأمن الأمريكي والعالمي للخطر، وبالتالي هذه الوضعية ليس لها مثيل في التاريخ السياسي الأمريكي، وهذا ما يعكس العلاقات الاسرائيلية الأمريكية أو الأصح اللوبي الإسرائيلي وتأثيره على الولايات المتحددة الأمريكية.

Abstract:

National interests are the primary determinant of American foreign policy. However, when it comes to American policy toward Arab nationalism, particularly the Palestinian issue, other factors contribute to shaping American decision-making. America takes into account the interests of its strategic ally in the region, Israel. Here, the United States is subject to pressure from the Zionist lobby, which is deeply embedded within various American decision-making institutions, especially Congress and the White House. Consequently, the combination of strong support for Israel and the parallel effort to spread democracy in the region has stirred Islamic public opinion and endangered American and global security. This situation is unprecedented in American political history, reflecting Israeli-American relations, or more accurately, the Israeli lobby and its influence on the United States
