الملخص :
يهدف هذا البحث إلى استجلاء دلالة مصطلح الملكة، وذلك من خلال تتبع النصوص الحديثية واستقرائها في مظانها، بغية الكشف عن دلالتـها الصريحة؛ أي النصوص التي وردت فيها دلالة هذا المفهوم تصريحا، وكذا النصوص التي أشارت إلى دلالتها إيماء، أو النصوص التي ذكرت الملكة الحديثية بمستلزماتها ومتجلياتها، وذلك بهدف الكشف عن حقيقتها، وطبيعتها، ومراتبها.
المنهج: اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي في رصد وتسـجيل المادة العلمية، وتصنيف خصائصها، وترتيبـها، وكشف الارتباط بينـها، والمنهج التحليلي في تفسيـر النصوص وتحليلها، وتفكيكها وإعادة بنائـها بما يخدم أهداف البحث.
النتائج: خلص البحث إلى أن مفهوم الملكة الحديثية هي مجموع الصفات النفسية والقدرات العقلية، التي تنقل الحديثي من التصور والاكتساب النظري إلى التوظيف والتصرف العملي.
This research aims to clarify the meaning of the term ‘competencies’ individually and descriptively, by tracing and extrapolating the hadith texts in their sources, in order to reveal their explicit meaning; i.e., the texts in which the meaning of this concept is explicitly mentioned, as well as the texts that refer to its meaning implicitly, or the texts that mention the hadith tradition with its requirements and manifestations, with the aim of revealing its reality, nature, and levels.
Methodology: The research adopted a descriptive approach in monitoring and recording scientific material, classifying its characteristics, arranging it, and revealing the connections between them. It also adopted an analytical approach in interpreting and analysing texts, deconstructing them and reconstructing them in a way that serves the objectives of the research.
Results: The research concluded that the concept of modern competencies is the sum of psychological traits and mental abilities that transfer the modern person from theoretical perception and acquisition to practical employment and behaviour.
