Abstract

The study aimed to build a program in early intervention to improve language skills in children with hearing loss and measure its effectiveness, emphasize the importance of early services provided to people with special needs, where were investigated following information through the application of early intervention program to improve the skills of receptive and expressive language through the study carried out by the researcher entitled: ((Constructing an Early Intervention Program to Improve language Skills For Children With Hearing loss And Measuring Its Effectiveness)). This study has sought to answer the following question: What are the components of early intervention program to improve the language skills of deaf children in the city of Hebron? The study population consisted of deaf children in Hebron/ Palestine, and the study sample consisted of 10 Children were chosen intentionally with hearing loss, and they have a hearing loss ranges (Simple – moderate) and (severe – profound), and aged (3-6) year.
