الملخص :

سأتطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى هندسة مكونات الفعل التنموي المحلي من خلال التخطيط للتنمية المحلية والتمويل والمشاركة والتقويم وأهمية هذه المكونات والمشكلات التي تعرضها،لأن التنمية المحلية تعد ركيزة أساسية للنهوض الشامل، حيث تقوم على استغلال الموارد المتاحة (البشرية، الطبيعية، والمالية) في حيز جغرافي محدد ، ترتكز على المشاركة المستدامة والحوكمة والابتكار، كما تقوم على مجموعة من الفواعل (رسميين وغير رسميين) ينفذون مجموعة من المشاريع الاستراتيجية لتحقيق التوازن التنموي المستدام وتحسين جودة الحياة وازالة التعقيدات التنظيمية لتسهيل عمليات محق المعوقات التنموية المحلية في جميع المجالات، ولايتأتى هذا الا من خلال هندسة دقيقة لمكونات الفعل التنموي المحلي.

Abstract:

This research paper will address the engineering of the components of local development action through local development planning, financing, participation, and evaluation. It will also explore the importance of these components and the challenges they present. Local development is a fundamental pillar of comprehensive advancement, relying on the utilization of available resources (human, natural, and financial) within a specific geographical area. It is based on sustainable participation, governance, and innovation, and involves a range of actors (formal and non-formal) implementing strategic projects to achieve balanced and sustainable development, improve quality of life, and remove organizational complexities to facilitate the overcoming of obstacles to local development in all areas. This can only be achieved through the precise engineering of the components of local development action.
